MORE TH>N DOGGYSSENTI>LS is a total pet care and protection service. It includes monthly package deliveries that include all the food your pet requires, as well as accessories, toys, a tracking device/app and pet insurance.

Is it just for dogs?

Currently MORE TH>N DOGGYSSENTI>LS is for dogs only – in the future we hope to extend this to cats and other pets.

What is included in my membership?

  • All the premium food your dog needs, with free delivery
  • Preventative treatments
  • A Premier Lifetime Pet Insurance policy
  • Whistle pet activity tracker
  • A monthly box of poo bags, chews & treats
  • And we include occasional surprises in your monthly box like toys or accessories

What kinds of treats and toys will you send?

We are always looking out for the best new toys and treats for your dog. We will regularly include chews and biscuits, along with the occasional extra surprise!

Can I choose what treats and toys come in each box?

We strive to send the best toys and treats to every one of our members. Right now we are unable to customise boxes but if you have any suggestions or specific requirements (e.g. allergies) then please contact us.

What am I committing to?

There’s no minimum term contract so you can cancel your membership at any time.


How much does MORE TH>N DOGGYSSENTI>LS cost?

That depends on the size and type of your dog. Please see What does it cost? for more details.

How often is the service billed?

You will be billed on a monthly basis. This makes it more affordable than forking out for a full year at once but less hassle than paying on a weekly basis.

How do I pay?

You can pay by credit or debit card. Once you have subscribed an automatic payment will be taken each month.

What if my payment details change?

You can either contact us via our contact form or give us a call.

Can I choose a membership start date?

Absolutely, during the signup process you have an option to specify a future date for when you would like your membership to start.

How do I add additional dogs to my membership?

Make an additional dog a member of MORE TH>N DOGGYSSENTI>LS and you’ll receive a 10% discount. You do have to register each dog separately through the signup process – but it’s worth it. Or you can choose to contact us via email or phone and we’ll add any additional dogs to your existing account.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes you can cancel at any time. On request, we can cancel your membership and just bill you for the last month you’ve used without any additional fees or tie-ins – just send us the technology back in the post (we’ll even sort the P&P!).



Which countries do you deliver to?

At this stage the MORE TH>N DOGGYSSENTI>LS services is for UK residents only.

When will I receive my first delivery?

You will receive your first MORE TH>N DOGGYSSENTI>LS delivery within 5 working days of signing up. We aim to get it to you as soon as possible.

How often do your deliveries come?

Once you have signed up, MORE TH>N DOGGYSSENTI>LS boxes will be delivered monthly straight to your door. Please note that in some cases the food delivery may arrive separately due to the size of the food bag.

Do I need to be at home to take delivery of my DOGGYSSENTI>LS boxes?

No, if you are not at home your MORE TH>N DOGGYSSENTI>LS box will either be left with a neighbour or a card will be left so you can pick it up from your local sorting office.



What is Whistle?

The Whistle Activity Monitor and app tracks your dog’s activity levels, helping you to ensure your dog remains healthy by setting exercise targets and tracking progress. The app will provide you with actionable information to better understand your dog’s health, behaviour and wellbeing. More information is available on our tracker page.

What if I don’t want the Whistle activity monitor or just stop using it?

We actively encourage our members to use the tracker because it really helps you understand your dog’s fitness. Plus you can earn rewards and make savings on all sorts of extra products and services. We’d hate you to miss out on all this so why wouldn’t you want to use Whistle now you know all this?

Are there any hidden cost with the activity monitor?

No. The activity monitor is provided as part of the MORE TH>N DOGGYSSENTI>LS service. There are no additional or ongoing costs for the device or data.


Rewards & Discounts

What rewards do I get as a MORE TH>N DOGGYSSENTI>LS member?

As a valued member, you’ll get money off or discounts on pet services. Plus every now and then we will add little surprises into your monthly deliveries.

Do you offer multi-dog discounts?

Yes! After your first subscription, each subsequent pooch will receive a 10% discounted membership.

I love DOGGYSSENTI>LS! What if I recommend a friend?

Thanks! If you recommend a friend and they sign up to MORE TH>N DOGGYSSENTI>LS, we will give you £10 off your next delivery.


What insurance cover is included in DOGGYSSENTI>LS?

Insurance is provided by MORE TH>N, who provide cover for all MORE TH>N DOGGYSSENTI>LS customers. More information is available on our insurance page.

What if I already have an insurance policy?

If your dog is already insured with MORE TH>N, we can probably get the policy transferred to a MORE TH>N DOGGYSSENTI>LS membership. If your policy is with another provider, we can advise you on any potential transfer queries you may have. Either way, please drop us a line and we’ll look into it for you.

Will the insurance cover my breed of dog?

The insurance policy will cover most breeds, but there are a handful that we unfortunately cannot cover. If you are unsure then please contact us.


Food & treatments

What if the RSPCA food isn’t right for my pet?

We recommend the premium food provided by RSPCA. However, we can supply other brands so please let us know if your pooch prefers something different and we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.

What if my pet needs a veterinary diet, raw or wet food?

We include premium dry food from a number of brands as part of a MORE TH>N DOGGYSSENTI>LS membership. We are not able to supply other types such as raw or wet food. Specialised veterinary diets maybe provided at an additional cost. Please contact us to find out more.

What if my pet requires different preventative treatments?

The RSPCA FLEAaway treatments afford excellent protection and will be suitable for the majority of dogs. However, if you need something different please contact us to discuss your requirements.
